Topics of the day

In the first session of the day Mostafa Hilali will talk about when and how you should or should not take action. How can you change the world around you for the better, according to your own possibilities and limitations?

Kinga Jelinska, who works for Women on Waves, will follow his talk. This NGO strongly believes in the right to choose, and sees the whole world as her action territory. Do you agree with them? After lunch fellows will hear the life story of Gijs Bruggeman, a blind deaf young man, who fights for visibility of this minority group in The Netherlands.

By now HIA assumes to have inspired the fellows enough to invite them to speed date with each other on topics that they would like to write about next week.
